Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VPN Access Manager software and services provided by us. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the VPN Access Manager software and related services.
• "License" means a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for a specified period.
• "Buyer" or "User" means the individual or entity purchasing or using the Service.
• "Seller" or "We" means the provider of the VPN Access Manager Service.

3. License Agreement

By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VPN Access Manager software for the duration specified in your license. The license is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user without our written consent.

4. Purchase Terms

• Licenses are sold on an annual basis with automatic renewal options.
• Online card and other payment methods are processed through the Barion system. Card and other payment-related data do not reach the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank), license number H-EN-I-1064/2013.
• The Barion General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are available at https://www.barion.com/en/general-terms/.
• All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
• Payment must be completed before license activation.
• Billing information must be accurate and complete before purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse any purchase at our discretion.

5. Buyer Rights

• Right to use the Service according to the license terms.
• Right to receive support and updates during the license period.
• Right to cancel auto-renewal at any time.
• Right to access and download the software during the license period.
• Right to request license activation reset in case of technical issues (subject to approval).

6. Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
• Not share license keys with unauthorized users.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Seller Rights

• Right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
• Right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Right to change pricing with advance notice to existing customers.
• Right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
• Right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with these Terms.

8. Seller Obligations

• Provide the Service as described in the license agreement.
• Maintain reasonable security measures to protect user data.
• Provide support during the license period.
• Notify users of significant changes to the Service.
• Process payments securely and in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Payment Terms, Information

• All payments must be made through our authorized payment processors (currently Barion Payment Zrt.).
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase.
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (see section 11).
• Failed payments may result in license suspension or termination.
• Prices may vary by region and may or may not include applicable taxes according to applicable regulations.
• Online card and e-money payments are processed by Barion Payment Zrt. (registered office: 1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1.; MNB license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013) as an electronic money institution, under the supervision of the Central Bank of Hungary.

• When ordering the subscription package, the Buyer accepts by checking the "I have read and accept the Terms of Service" checkbox that they wish to use Recurring Payment.
• By accepting the Terms of Service when ordering, the Buyer consents that the Merchant (ITcorp Kft.) will initiate recurring payments for future due amounts, and accepts that predetermined amounts will be charged to their bank account associated with their bank card at predetermined intervals.
• The Buyer can cancel the automatically renewing payment at any time by unchecking the checkbox on the license tile on the profile page. This will stop the payment, and the Merchant will not initiate further payments.
• In case of automatically renewing payment, the system automatically sends an email informing the Buyer that the service will expire soon, and if they do not cancel the automatic renewal, the system will automatically charge the amount for the next period.

9.1 Payment Process

• Registration through the web interface.
• Providing billing information.
• Selecting a license and purchasing a new license.
• Payment through the Barion system.
• In case of successful payment, the license is issued and the invoice is automatically issued, which we notify via email.
• In case of failed payment, the system automatically notifies the Buyer via email that the payment was unsuccessful.

10. License Activation

• Each license can only be activated once per license key.
• License activation is tied to specific hardware/software configuration.
• If you need to reactivate (e.g., after hardware changes), contact support.
• Unauthorized activation attempts may result in license suspension.

11. Warranty and Refunds

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Refund requests must be submitted electronically via email within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are at our discretion and may be denied if the license has been activated or used.
• No refunds are available for expired or terminated licenses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Termination

• Either party may terminate the license agreement at the end of the license period.
• We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• No refunds are provided for early termination unless required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
